Requirements: 3+ years warehousing with supervisory experience; high school diploma; salary

Qualificações

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
• Proficient in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO stock rotation; escalate issues as needed.
• Enforce OSHA and food safety standards; conduct safety checks and audits.
• Track team productivity and shift performance and report to management.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
