Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Prefer 2- or 4-year degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret general business material.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night warehouse operations and staff.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and shifts.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate repairs with relevant departments.
• Monitor productivity and implement efficiency improvements.
• Audit shipping/loading documentation daily (HAACP, food safety).
• Assist with training and cross-training of associates.
• Foster communication and associate engagement.
