• 3+ years warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to work Sunday night through Thursday night and remain on shift until night work is completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback while ensuring adherence to policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO stock rotation and escalate issues as needed.
• Enforce OSHA and food safety standards, conduct safety checks and participate in audits.
• Track team productivity and accuracy KPIs and communicate shift performance to management.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
