Job summary

Performance Foodservice is hiring at the onsite event in Minnesota for a warehouse associate to select cases and load orders using pallet jacks and forklifts. The role shifts four nights per week (Sunday–Friday, no Saturdays) starting at 5:00 PM and continuing until finish, with $21.00 per hour during training and $23.55 per hour after training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-80 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within training period.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures and keep work area safe.
• Review work schedule and prepare supplies for operations; perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and navigate multi-level racks to locate products.
• Transport orders to shipping dock and wrap/label for shipment.
• Perform end-of-shift tasks including battery swaps and paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
