Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Minnesota is hiring for a warehouse role with a 4-night schedule from 5:00 PM until finish. Training pays $21.00 per hour; after training the average rises to $23.55 per hour. You will select cases, palletize orders, and prepare shipments using a pallet jack and forklift.

Work involves multi-temperature environments, safety compliance, and teamwork to ensure on-time deliveries. Benefits start Day 1, with health, retirement and education programs, plus PTO and growth

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Lift 10–35 lbs and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to become EPJ certified during training period.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Review schedule, prepare supplies, perform safety check on pallet jack/forklift, wear PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Move pallets on pallet jack and navigate multi-level racks to locate products.
• Place stock on pallets from pick slots and use single/double pallets as directed.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap as needed.
• Replace discharged batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist; secure equipment at shift end.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
