Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and pack cases, operate a pallet jack and forklift, and prepare orders for shipment in a multi-temperature warehouse. You will work a four-night schedule (Sun–Fri, four nights), starting at 5:00 PM until finish, with a minimum $21/hour during training and $23.55/hour on average after training.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass pre-employment drug test and EPJ certification within training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and move pallets to shipping dock staging area.
• Shrink-wrap pallets if required and ensure pallets are properly labeled and ready for shipment.
• Maintain safety by following all policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
