Performance Foodservice is hosting an onsite hiring event in Minnesota. Attend Wednesday, November 4th from 10am–2pm at 625 Division Street, N. Rice, MN 56367 to explore opportunities and learn about starting pay while training.

During training, the minimum wage is $21.00 per hour, with an average of $23.55 per hour after training. The role features a 4-night work week (four out of six nights, Sunday–Friday, no Saturdays) and a shift from 5:00 PM until finished.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period
• Ability to complete required training independently

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrapped, labeled and readied for shipment in a timely manner observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process.
• Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
