Job summary

Performance Food Group is hosting an onsite hiring event at 625 Division Street, N. Rice, MN 56367. The role pays $21.00/hour during training and $23.55/hour after training, with a 4-night work week (Sun–Fri, no Saturdays) from 5:00 PM until finish.

The job involves selecting cases, using pallet jacks/forklifts, and meeting safety and quality standards. Benefits include health and wellness, 401(k) matching, education assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10-80 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate pallet jack/forklift with EPJ certification during training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and keep work area safe.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and wear PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Move pallets to loading dock and prepare for shipment.
• Complete paperwork and shut down equipment at shift end.
