Allied Beverage Group in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking an Asst. Manager to lead night operations, ensuring safety and high productivity from the warehouse to customers.

This role drives continuous improvements in fill rate and throughput while maintaining service excellence. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in logistics management, business, or engineering with 5–7 years of supervisory distribution experience, including familiarity with WMS and MS Office; willingness to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics management, business or engineering-related fields.
• 5-7 years of supervision experience in a distribution warehouse.
• Operational supervision experience in warehousing.
• Distribution of product experience.
• Preferred warehouse automation experience.
• Strong system knowledge in WMS and MS Office, with good communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, nights and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing requirements based on warehousing and distribution operations.
• Decide based on experience in shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Ensure procedures align with operation requirements.
• Train and implement new technology while maintaining productivity.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Night/Day managers, delivery and maintenance to improve fill rate and throughput, while reducing cost.
• Direct safety programs and provide instruction to personnel; ensure regulatory compliance.
