Job summary

Allied Beverage Group, Elizabeth, NJ, is seeking a Night Shift Manager to lead warehouse operations, staffing, and safety across the mid-shift, reporting to the Operations Director. The role emphasizes high service levels, accurate inventory, and productive throughput in a Direct Sales environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and bring 5+ years of senior supervision in distribution, 7+ years in operations supervision, and experience with WMS and warehouse automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, or business management.
• 5+ years of senior supervision in a distribution warehouse.
• 7+ years of operations supervision experience.
• Preferred: warehouse automation experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings/nights/weekends.
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing requirements for OSR and Returns; make decisions on shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve fill rate, throughput, and costs.
• Foster an inclusive culture with accountability and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with Night and Day operations managers, delivery and maintenance to identify improvements.
