Job summary

Allied Beverage Group, L.L.C. in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Night Shift Manager to lead warehouse operations. You will plan staffing for OSR and Returns, ensure procedures align with operations, and drive productivity with continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer service from warehouse to customers. Evening/night/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, or business management.
• 5+ years senior supervision in a distribution warehouse.
• 7+ years operation supervision experience.
• Warehouse automation experience preferred.
• Familiar with WMS and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Able to work evenings, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing based on OSR and Returns; make decisions on shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Develop and execute standard operating procedures with management to drive results.
• Build an inclusive culture with accountability, recognition and communication.
• Collaborate with Night and Day operations, delivery and maintenance to improve fill rate and throughput.
• Direct safety programs and ensure compliance with government regulations.
