Job summary

Sysco Los Angeles, Inc. is seeking an Operations supervisor for night warehouse operations. You will supervise order selection, replenishment, and loading while ensuring safety and directing assigned warehouse staff.

Responsibilities include managing labor hours, scheduling, asset utilization, and coordinating repairs. Candidate should monitor productivity, complete audits, train associates and uphold company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of employees engaged in order selection, product replenishment, order loading, including all warehouse functions.
• Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra work days and shifts as needed.
• Administers the proper utilization of Company assets in support of the warehouse.
• Coordinates required repairs with proper departments as necessary.
• Reviews night warehouse functions and various warehouse productivity reporting.
