Sysco is seeking a Night Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the night team, ensuring safe, efficient order selection, loading, stocking, and equipment maintenance. You will manage schedules, control labor costs, coordinate with safety and quality teams, and drive process improvements while upholding HACCP and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership and experience in warehouse operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees night warehouse staff including order selectors, loaders and forklift operators.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules and shifts.
• Ensures proper use of company assets and safety compliance.
• Coordinates repairs with departments as needed.
• Reviews productivity reports and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Conducts audits of shipping and loading documentation (HAACP, food safety).
• Maintains sanitation and safety of the facility and equipment.
• Leads department meetings and fosters associate engagement.
• Ensures adherence to policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, USDA).
