Job summary

Sysco Cincinnati, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee night warehouse activities, including order selection, replenishment, loading, safety, and directing warehouse staff.

The role requires leadership, scheduling, and strong organizational skills. You will manage labor, ensure HACCP compliance, supervise training, and maintain safe, efficient night operations with potential cross-site coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents.
• Strong communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night warehouse operations and staff.
• Manage labor hours and budget within guidelines.
• Prepare work schedules including extra shifts as needed.
• Ensure proper utilization of company assets in warehouse.
• Coordinate repairs with proper departments as necessary.
• Review night warehouse productivity reports and suggest efficiency ideas.
