Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an experienced night warehouse Operations Lead to manage safety, staffing and productivity for the night shift. You will oversee order selection, loading, replenishment, and equipment maintenance while coordinating with Safety and other departments.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations, leadership ability, and familiarity with HACCP and food-safety documentation; a high school diploma is required, with a preferred business/supply chain degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of related warehouse operations experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP/food safety documentation and practices.
• Experience leading night shift teams and coordinating with Safety and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Directs night warehouse activities including order selection, loading, replenishment and equipment maintenance.
• Oversees labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Plans work schedules and coordinates with other departments for repairs and safety audits.
• Ensures proper use of company assets and adherence to policies.
• Maintains accurate documentation and productivity reporting.
