Job summary

Sysco Arkansas is seeking an Operations supervisor for night warehouse operations. You will supervise order selection, replenishment, loading, and ensure safety and security of the warehouse while directing the staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 2 or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software; ability to learn Sysco technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of night warehouse staff including order selectors and forklift operators.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget; prepares work schedules.
• Ensures proper use of company assets and coordinates necessary repairs.
• Reviews night warehouse productivity reports and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Maintains HAACP, food safety, and catch-weight documentation; ensures proper storage and handling.
• Trains associates, supports cross-training, and maintains open communication with staff.
• Coordinates with Safety and other departments; enforces policies and conducts investigations as needed.
