Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor in Florida to direct warehouse operations for multiple stores. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and manage the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs.

Responsibilities include directing daily activities, maintaining safety programs, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring timely data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintenance.
• Oversee storage buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Enforce warehouse safety programs and ensure SOP adherence.
• Handle inquiries and coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Prepare activity reports for management and monitor paperwork flow.
