Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to oversee the warehouse operations of our stores. You will direct daily activities of the warehouse team, including shipping, receiving, inventory control and equipment maintenance to ensure safe, efficient distribution.

This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with other departments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning in order to ship and receive products at the store in a productive and cost-efficient manner.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
