Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct and oversee store warehouse operations in Tampa.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, managing daily freight schedules while maintaining safety and efficiency across receiving and shipping functions. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective relationships with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, inventory control, maintenance.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance and safe equipment usage.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete activity reports for management and monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control.
