Job summary

Sysco seeks an experienced Night Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the night-shift activities including order selection, loading, replenishment, and equipment maintenance. You will guide night staff and ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency across all night functions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, analysis of productivity reports, coordination with maintenance and other departments, and strict adherence to HACCP and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or related major preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversees night warehouse operations and staff safety for order selection, replenishment, and loading.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra shifts.
• Handles proper utilization of company assets in the warehouse.
• Coordinates required repairs with appropriate departments.
• Reviews night warehouse productivity reports and metrics.
• Suggests efficiency ideas and cost-reduction measures.
• Ensures HAACP, food safety and catch-weight documentation is accurate.
• Maintains sanitation and facility safety; promotes associate engagement.
