Job summary

Sysco in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Night Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee order selection, replenishment, loading and staff safety while directing assigned warehouse personnel.

You will manage labor hours, schedules, equipment use, quality controls (HAACP, food safety), training, and compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA, and internal policies. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced, non-traditional hours environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• 2–4 year degree in Business/Supply Chain preferred.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work and safety of night shift employees.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and shifts as needed.
• Oversee asset utilization and repairs with other departments.
• Ensure proper documentation (HAACP, food safety) and routine audits.
• Train new associates and cross-train existing staff.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Safety dept. for safety inspections and investigations.
• Lead staff selection, development, and performance reviews.
