Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Operations night warehouse supervisor to oversee night shift activities including order selection, replenishment, loading, and maintaining safety and security of the facility. You will lead warehouse staff, manage labor hours, coordinate repairs, ensure accurate documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight), and drive efficiency while complying with OSHA and FDA standards.

This role requires a GED or high school diploma, 1–3 years relevant experience, and a Powered

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1–3 years related experience and/or training.
Powered Industrial Equipment Certification required within 3 months.
Ability to read and interpret general business documents; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Supervises nightly shift activities and safety of employees.
Manages labor hours and supplies within budget.
Prepares work schedules including extra shifts.
Ensures proper use of company assets and coordinates repairs.
Reviews night warehouse productivity reports and suggests improvements.
Maintains accurate shipping/loading documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight).
Trains new associates and conducts pre-shift meetings.
Ensures regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, USDA).
