Job summary

Sysco Cincinnati, LLC is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to oversee night warehouse operations, including order selection, replenishment, and loading. You will supervise staff, manage labor hours within budget, and coordinate repairs with appropriate departments to maintain efficiency and safety.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a GED or higher, and certification in powered industrial equipment within 3 months.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED (or higher) with related experience.
1-3 years related experience and/or training.
Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

Supervises night warehouse staff including selectors, loaders, and night forklift operators.
Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
Prepares schedules including extra days and shifts as needed.
Ensures proper use of assets and coordinates repairs as necessary.
Reviews night shift productivity and implements efficiency improvements.
Audits shipping and loading with required documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight).
Maintains sanitation and monitors facility safety and damage.
Trains new associates and cross-trains existing staff.
