Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred in business or supply chain.
• 1-3 years related warehouse or logistics experience.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business data and documents.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nightly warehouse operations, including order selection, replenishment, and loading.
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepares schedules and shifts as needed.
• Ensures safety, security, and asset protection of warehouse.
• Coordinates repairs and maintenance with relevant departments.
• Monitors productivity reports and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Ensures accurate documentation for shipments and safety records.
• Trains and mentors new and existing associates; consolidates communications with staff.
• Enforces company policies and procedures; conducts safety inspections.
