Towne Park in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information.

The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient demeanor, strong English communication, and the ability to handle ticketing, keys and revenue for the location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for state of employment or nearby commuting area.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read and write English and understand instructions.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide courteous hospitality.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and general information.
• Handle tickets, keys, and revenue collection within the valet system.
