Job summary

Towne Park in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely. You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and handle tickets and payments in the valet system.

Shifts may include AM/PM hours; benefits include accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required and within commuting distance as applicable.
• At least 1 month of related experience or training.
• Strong customer service knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Answer guest questions about local attractions and amenities.
• Manage ticketing, keys, and charges in the valet system.
