Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and valet support. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage, and provide timely information about local amenities in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires friendly, professional conduct, strong English communication, and the ability to manage tickets and payments accurately while maintaining safety standards during arrival and departure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state of work or within commutable distance from the state.
• One month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, coworkers and clients; acknowledge and greet guests using their last name.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, assists with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, keys, and claims in the valet system.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries about local facilities and attractions.
• Shuttle guests to designated locations with safe driving and adherence to policies.
