Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests, handling parking, luggage assistance, and customer inquiries. You will ensure safe vehicle handling and friendly, efficient service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, explaining rates, and managing keys and tickets. This position offers an hourly wage with daily cash tips and requires a professional, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for your state or nearby commuting area.
• 1 month of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery/pick up when applicable.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and amenities.
• Explain parking rates and process; manage keys, tickets and claims.
