Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate for overnight shifts in Louisville. You will welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide local information to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, explaining rates, and delivering courteous service in a fast-paced environment. Requires a valid driver's license and good English skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license in state of employment.
• Prior guest service or valet experience preferred.
• Strong English reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed throughout arrival and departure.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and track keys and tickets accurately.
• Maintain professional demeanor and follow Towne Park etiquette and policies.
