Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required or within commutable distance.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi/reservation info, and area activities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieve procedures to guests.
