Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park works the 11:00pm–7:00am shift, delivering friendly hospitality, parking and retrieving guest vehicles, and assisting guests with luggage where applicable. You will greet guests by name when possible and provide service with a smile.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 month of related experience or equivalent training. Basic English and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• Experience: One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location; follows Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; manages keys, tickets, and revenue as required.
