Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate for a night shift to deliver exceptional hospitality services, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting guests with luggage. You will greet guests, manage bell services, and provide directions and information about local amenities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience. Training is provided, with a schedule from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Experience: 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and luggage storage as needed.
• Explain parking procedures and collect payments where applicable.
• Maintain professional demeanor and accurate ticketing in the valet system.
