Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Customer Service in Wilmington, MA. The role focuses on protecting clients while delivering exceptional customer service at a technology-focused location.

You will conduct patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and document activities, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for personnel and visitors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Loss prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures; report access control issues and suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
