As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will help deter incidents, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors at a dynamic location. This full-time role offers growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site rules.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per protocol.
• Document observations and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of telecommunications and media operations areas, office spaces, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
