Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an unarmed Security Officer to patrol and protect the Wilmington, MA site. You will deliver exceptional customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors, while enforcing site policies and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities include routine patrols, access control, incident reporting, and clear communication with site leadership. Relevant experience in security, badge management, and loss prevention is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Loss prevention exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures; report access control issues and suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
