Job summary

Allied Universal in Battleboro, NC is seeking a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol to safeguard guests and employees while delivering exceptional service in a dining location. You will perform routine unarmed patrols, maintain a strong presence, and assist guests and team members with a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes professional communication, incident reporting, and the use of technology to document daily activities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout dining areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Help maintain an orderly environment by monitoring access points, observing activity, and documenting incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
