Allied Universal is hiring a part‑time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Triage in Wilmington, MA. You will monitor sites, perform patrols, assist with access control, and respond to alarms while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established post orders and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor entry credentials in accordance with site‑specific policies.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
