Allied Universal is seeking an unarmed Security Officer for a full-time role in Wilmington, MA. You will protect a technology-focused campus, perform patrols, monitor access, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and candidates must pass background checks and drug screening. Shifts include Daytime and in the afternoon/evening slots.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and deliveries at a tech-focused site.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols and monitor access points and perimeter areas.
• Verify credentials and assist with visitor management according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document activities for leadership.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain professional communication within the team.
