Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Night shift Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Unit-3P1-Trauma Care in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ. The RN will assess patients, administer medications, manage care plans and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requires an ADN/ASN with a BSN preferred, 1 year RN experience (10+ months med-surg preferred), AZ license, and BLS; stroke care knowledge is a plus. Sign-on bonus available and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing; BSN within 60 months if ADNs are hired
• 1 year RN experience required; >10 months med-surg preferred
• Arizona RN license required; BLS certification required; national certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data, develop and revise family-centered care plans
• Implement treatments and medications per orders and protocols
• Provide nursing care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs
• Document observations and interventions for quality and outcomes
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Support stroke care protocols, patient education and discharge planning

Education
