Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Transportation Supervisor for our Terrell, TX facility. The role oversees 80+ drivers and supports a 24/7 operation with a Sunday-Thursday night schedule (10:00 PM–7:30 AM) and on-call flexibility.

Travel to 2–3 domiciles yearly to maintain network consistency is required. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and a solid transportation background, with DOT compliance experience and the ability to coach drivers and coordinate with dispatch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in transportation with at least 1 year in a leadership.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and routing/scheduling software.
• Knowledge of driver safety standards and DOT compliance.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and monitoring ELD performance and resolving issues with the ELD Coordinator.
• Ensuring DOT compliance and accurate driver logs.
• Supporting drivers with on-the-road and off-the-road needs.
• Reviewing backhaul assignments and adjusting routes for efficiency.
• Coordinating driver schedules, time-off requests and documentation.
• Partnering with Logistics to design cost-effective safe routes.
• Monitoring driver performance, coaching and recognizing achievements.
• Leading Dispatchers and maintaining policy alignment with company policies.
• Contributing to special projects and process improvements.
