Job summary

Domino’s Transportation Supervisor will lead a team of Class A/B drivers, schedule routes and monitor compliance with DOT regulations. This role requires strong leadership to recruit, train and coach drivers, ensuring safe, efficient operations and adherence to budgeting targets.

Based in Michigan, you will oversee daily transportation functions, manage performance, and engage cross-functional teams to deliver reliable store deliveries while maintaining high service quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• MS Office, SAP, Samsara, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers and scanner equipment/software.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational, decision making and people skills.
• Commercial Driver’s License Class A, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor drivers; recruit, interview and performance reviews.
• Monitor driver performance and coach as needed.
• Review driver logs and ensure DOT compliance.
• Coordinate safety trainings and onboarding of new drivers.
• Manage budgets, routes and fuel card usage.
• Schedule routes, track hours of service, and maintenance.
• Maintain driver qualification files and payroll support.
• Drive company vehicle if needed and assist in leasing meetings.
