Qualifications

• 2-4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards and interview hourly associates for hire.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance; provide counseling or recognition.
• Supervise logistics operations including dispatch and documentation.
• Evaluate and improve work methods to boost productivity in dispatch/warehouse.
• Provide training, cover shifts, and ensure system compliance.
• Manage hours to minimize overtime and meet productivity targets.
