Job summary

Emerus is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in a small-format hospital setting in Fort Worth, TX.

You will follow physician orders, ensure privacy, and apply infection control standards while providing age-appropriate nursing care and coordinating with the care team. Join a growing network focused on neighborhood-based care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare positions.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
• Fluency in English, with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-specific nursing care using advanced clinical knowledge.
• Follow physician's orders in the delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information at all times.
• Adhere to infection control, isolation, and aseptic techniques in care delivery.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform testing per policies and CLIA/COLA.
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Assemble equipment and supplies for procedures and assist others.
• Comply with policies and standards set by state Board of Nursing.
