RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. This role supports multiple units and delivers high-quality care across trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology.

Night shift, 36 hours per week, requires BLS/ACLS and an active New Jersey RN license. RWJBarnabas Health offers a Magnet-designated environment that values nursing excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Proficient computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Maintain patient safety and implement evidence-based practices.
• Communicate with and utilize resources and programs for patient care team.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members.
• Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address patient needs.
