RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. The RN will support units across trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics and oncology, with Magnet-recognized nursing excellence guiding care.

Night shifts, 36 hours weekly, and weekend/holiday rotation are included, with competitive PTO and benefits. Active New Jersey RN license, BLS/ACLS, ASN or Diploma required; BSN preferred within 5 years.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety and apply evidence-based practice in care delivery.
• Report safety issues and potential medical errors promptly.
• Demonstrate understanding of the patient population served.
• Supervise and direct task delegation to team members.
• Set priorities and monitor outcomes to drive improvement.
