Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy/Open Door).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drives store operations, merchandising, and customer service initiatives using technology and company direction.
• Manages budget, forecasting, and expenses to align with sales goals and shrink mitigation.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, setting expectations and promoting belonging.
