- Drive store performance including sales, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Ensure exceptional customer service following the One Best Way model.
- Oversee operations; merchandising, planning, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop action plans to mitigate shrink and improve processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate objectives across levels.
