Job summary

Crosby’s is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations. You will support the Team Leader to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and deliver exceptional customer service, driving store success.

The role includes supervising staff, inventory control, and ensuring safety and compliance. The advertised pay includes a $1.50 shift differential for hours 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with opportunities for growth into higher leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per Crosby’s standards.
• Promote Crosby’s Rewards enrollment and drive sales through add-ons.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and schedule store associates; provide performance feedback.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and payroll-related tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
