• Oversee store operations, budget, inventory, and merchandising to meet sales goals.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and ensure customer service standards are met.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Support community programs and uphold Open Door policy with a culture of belonging.
