Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will attend and complete all required trainings (Academy/Open Door, etc.).
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Drives the store’s financial performance by reviewing PL and managing budgets and expenses.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and resolves customer needs and issues promptly.
• Promotes a culture of belonging and develops qualified associates for growth.
